The Nassau girls’ golf team continued its stellar play recently, finishing second place in its state championship thanks in large part to a pair of Syosset golf greats.

Syosset senior Liz Choi shot 70 and 77, while eighth-grader Malini Rudra shot 78 and 75 to lift the team to a total of 1,165—placing the team second at the New York Public High School Girls Golf Championship held at SUNY New Delhi June 14 and 15.
